Cranking the volume of the Kemper can overload the input of your monitors and/or your soundcard. Check also that your Output section is not litting red.

Mini moog leads which can be used with any guitar no matter the PUs,no matter the CPU,which can easily could be fine tuned to sit well in any kind of mix..
That alone would make me spend like 3000-4000€ for the next Kemper without hesitation. And I am not rich.Add to this maybe some abilities to give these sounds "electric guitar like playing response" (pinch harmonics for example) and we would already be talking about "revolutionary next generation guitar modeling".
I know a lots of people who would agree on this.
Everything else (more fx,more I/Os ,dual amp) can be done today..just buy a second KPA.

more pedal and Fx blocks (like 6 before amp and 6 after amp) would make me upgrade.
The tones for me are as good as it gets...

Transpose from Rig menu? That saves per Rig, It's not an effect that you can assign, but you can use Morph to make what you're looking for.
To assign the Looper switch to A, you need to go to Pedal Settings and change the assignment of the Switch.

You can save any effect block (incl. settings) as an FX Preset and recall it any time.

Kellerblues do you perhaps have rig manager connected with usb or wifi while playing? That would make sense based on how the head-version behaves.

i would bet on the Headphones, I use 250ohms cans and if I drive them too hard they start distorting

I know a lot of people ask for the EQ controls to behave like a 'real' amp, but for me it'd just be horribly confusing.
One of the things I like about the KPA's amp eq is that it is consistent across every profile. It behaves the same way, every time. Tweaking a real AC30 takes a different approach than say a real Fender Twin or a Marshall Plexi. Not just because the AC30 doesn't have a Middle control, but because they're different designs and have to be treated slightly differently.
I don't want to be tweaking a sound and have to remember (or learn) how a particular amp, that I may have never owned (or even used) reacts to its controls.Couldn't agree more

Maybe are my ears....but I find the tones awful...as the original rigs. I mean: they sound pretty identical, but to me both terrible...
