It's great to have options; pick the one you think works best for you.

Perhaps you missed it but that is exactly how it is shown in the video, set up with an Mvave Chocolate Plus foot controller.

In addition to that, the Kemper Player has built-in footswitches.

Would the current firmware also work with other Waveshare ESP32-S3 models with slightly larger displays?

I'm primarily interested in using it as a display and for Bluetooth MIDI.

Public Beta version 4.3.8 seems to resolve the problem.

New versions of Rig Manager do seem to be frequently released with issues that should be addressed beforehand.

This is really unfortunate since the Keeper units themselves offer rock solid performance.

It might be time to take customers' feedback on this more seriously and tackle reported gripes.

Exactly, I expected it to behave as it always has done (I've had multiple Kemper units for around 7 years), but it isn't on my Windows 11 machine.

Has anyone else noticed a bug with the latest update when using the keyboard arrows to select a profile?

In essence, if you use the keyboard arrow down to navigate to the next profile and then the keyboard arrow right to select/active it, it doesn't do anything. If you press the arrow down and then the arrow right again, it selects the previous profile on the list.

Can anyone else confirm this behaviour?

Why not just upload it to Rig Exchange?

I recently came across the Performance view of Rig Manager on a tablet and thought even this could be really useful for the Player since it features 5 rigs per bank:

This would offer a considerable improvement over what is currently available, imho.

One of the reasons that Kemper may not show any interest in providing users with something like this could be that they simply expect you to buy a Stage or another model instead, which would be a serious misjudgment on their part.

Has there been any indication from anyone at Kemper that this will be properly addressed?

It is of course not a coincidence. We have done prototyping back then and these parameter numbers are simply next in line. You were able to test here, that the algorithm prototype behind that does not belong to the cabinet. And actually it does not match the cabinet profile.

Anyway, there is a good method to control and emphasize a cabinet resonance and it has always been there for everyone. Position a peak equalizer after the cabinet and tune it to somewhere between 75 and 120 Hz to catch…

It might just be me but I'd tend to trust the people who made the product a little bit more than regular users on an online forum.
