Is there a way to factory reset the profiler player? I've been having issues with a constant distortion after trying every possible way to correct it using volumes, resets, etc. The manual doesn't show how.

I did a search on this but couldnt find an answer, from this forum or the manual:

Say I want to transfer a Rig containing profiles back into the Kemper that already contains my Rig with profiles. When I import a Rig from USB, are all the profiles in my existing Rig in the Kemper overwritten or do they still stay there and the new Rig makes duplicate profiles within the Kemper? Or is the existing Rig overwritten by the Rig from the USB?

Any help would be appreciated.
