Main Rig destroyed without any influence

Guys, for 5 weeks I only did recording by using selected rigs from RM that are not stored in my Player. I did not use my main bank for fiddling or practicing.

Yesterday in the rehearsal my main dirt sound was gone and I had fx in the Rig that I did not implement nor did I select their status as on. Today I was shocked when I connected the Kemper to my Laptop and saw in Rig Manager what happened. An „alien“ copied the amp tone and one fx-Block from slot 4 into slot 3 and changed block 2 into something that did not appear in slot 3 or slot 4. This happened the first time to me. I sometimes experienced a whole rig to be overwritten but basically not only parts of it. Anybody else experienced this?

P.S. I love the Kemper, but basically this shredded my fanatic attitude.

I hate to be the one to say this ... unless it helps someone avoid catastrophe, but always do backups! (Yes it's still a pain to have to restore).

I copy my rigs and cabs to folders in RM also so I can just restore one if I need to.

Well I know. This time I forgot to do it. I have an older version but cannot remember my last tweaks that made it best.

To answer your original question, yes. I have lost rigs and performance slots before without notice. It's why there is a feature request thread asking for a simple "are you sure" prompt.
