- Check your SPAM folder
Whenever I have contacted Kemper by email I have gotten a response in less than a week. Make sure your email provider is not throwing the responses into a Spam folder or something.

And the days go by as if time has no value, as if we are merely children playing with our toys as opposed to professional private contractors that have invested thousands in our tools .

Support noticed that you’ve used a few different, very similar email addresses in your attempts, so we’re not sure which one is the correct one. The easiest thing is to check the replies you received, find the ticket number, and post it here. That way we can make sure that we only use the address that works.
And just a bit of honest advice. And I really don’t mean this in a bad way at all: if dealing with PC-related stuff feels overwhelming, it might be worth having someone you trust help you with it. Computers can be confusing, especially when you’re trying to troubleshoot something.

This is now the third different version of your email address. Unfortunately, we can only reply to an email address that actually exists. Please log in to your account and change your email address there to one that you actually own, then open a new ticket so that our replies actually reach you.
It doesn't help posting it here (and correcting yourself here). Use the correct email adress - write in again - and you'll get a reply from us. That's all we can do at this point.
