Customer Service Hell (Solved)

I am logged in obviously because I am posting on private forum.

I try to contact customer service as advised as my issue for some reason cannot be addressed in the forum.

To contact customer service you need to be logged in. I try to log in and password is rejected. I try to reset password and never recieve reset email from kemper

I try to reregister. Cannot reregister because i am already registered and cannot contact cutomer support with rejected password and cannot reset password because i do not recieve email from customer support.

Meanwhile i M trying to use stage profiler in rehearsals that is possesed

Yes i checked spam, and just rechecked.

Hopefully log in and registration problems have been solved after 3:00 A.M. phone call with customer srevice (at a cost of $81 by the way). It was a combination of typos on my part and the inabillity to recieve email from kempers system. Live customer service was able to provide needed links through the chat function.
