I can't confirm this for Windows — I can only test on Mac, where keyboard arrow navigation works properly for me.
One thing I noticed: version 4.2.13 is offered as a beta in my settings (Settings → Include Beta Test Versions). I was on 4.2.12, and after upgrading to 4.2.13, the arrows still work fine on my Mac.
Since this might be a Windows-specific issue in the beta, I'd suggest reporting it directly to the developers via Help → Provide Rig Manager Feedback in Rig Manager — that way the team can look into it with the details from your system.
In the meantime, if you don't need to stay on 4.2.13, you could try rolling back to the latest stable release by unchecking "Include Beta Test versions" in the settings and checking for updates again.
I just tried this myself — RM offered me a downgrade to the latest release version, but after the process it actually stayed on 4.2.13. So the rollback might not work reliably at the moment. Note that I only updated Rig Manager itself — I didn't install the OS update that was offered for the device.
Either way, reporting it through Help → Provide Rig Manager Feedback is probably the safest path — the developers can address both the arrow key issue and the rollback behavior.
With windows I'm using the LeftCtrl+Enter to load the profile for auditioning. It works in the RM(4.2.13) I just installed.
Has anyone else noticed a bug with the latest update when using the keyboard arrows to select a profile?
In essence, if you use the keyboard arrow down to navigate to the next profile and then the keyboard arrow right to select/active it, it doesn't do anything. If you press the arrow down and then the arrow right again, it selects the previous profile on the list.
Can anyone else confirm this behaviour?
Up/Down changes the selection, Left/Right does so to but also loads the Rig instantly. It's like that since years.
