Attempting to update my Kemper Rack to the latest update

I'm attempting to update my Kemper Rack to the latest update via a flash drive but when I insert the flash drive it only gives me the options of "backup/restore" or "import/export".

Any idea as to how I can perform this update?

you need to put the kaos file in the main root of the usb stick

Make sure, you just store the file "kaos.bin" on that stick.

The PROFILER only suggests an update, if the version on that stick differs from the version currently installed.

If the OS curently installed is older than OS 7.3.2, it requires special treatment. In that case open a support ticket.
