Volume boost when I open Rig Manager on desktop??? BUG

Why is there a Volume boost when I open rig manager? and if i close Rig manager, Volume goes back down in volume.... also whatever profile I load , its in red, meaning its modified from it original settings. I've been searching on why it's doing this and I don't have any blocked parameter . Is this a bug

Rig Manager doesn't change the volume. Please contact support.

I had a similar problem when turning on the Kemper. Windows was changing my default sound card to the Kemper drivers. Make sure your OS knows that you don't want the Kemper drivers to override your default interface.
