Help! Star ratings change my tone

I just recently purchased the mbritt dpack, and immediately after I simply start testing tones in my local library. One tone stuck out extra so I gave It 5 stars in the rating section, immediately after, the tone became shrill, started clipping, and was just unusable. It's not changing any rig settings, and I'm unable to revert it back. I tested this on a few different tones and it was the exact same result. This doesn't happen with my other packs and tones, if anyone has info I would appreciate it!
