Clean rock Rig

What is "clean"? DI clean, Fender clean, Vox clean?

This is a pretty broad question honestly — "clean for classic rock" covers everything from Beatles jangle to Dire Straits sparkle, and it really depends on your guitar and what you consider "clean." But here are some starting points by amp family.

Most of these come pre-loaded on the Player — the Profiler Head/Rack should have the same or similar factory rigs. A few are from free official rig packs on the Kemper website that you load through Rig Manager — I marked those with the pack name.

Fender (glassy, scooped American clean)
- TAF - Tiny Teeny Feet — Deluxe '69, dead clean with spring reverb
- DR - Fan Twins #3 — Twin, stays clean no matter what
- Little Prince SM57 (Pack 04) — Princeton, sweeter and breaks up earlier

Vox AC (chimey, jangly British clean)
- 2011 More Gain AC20 — Morgan AC20, touch-sensitive, great starting point
- TD - Pet Buc (Pack 26) — Peter Buck / R.E.M. territory

Hiwatt (transparent, loud, takes pedals beautifully)
- TAF - High Watt DG Cl 2 (Pack 03) — Gilmour's Hiwatt, pure clean
- Gundy - Gilmourish — comes with the full effects chain built in

Marshall Plexi (not "clean" per se, but roll your guitar volume to 3-4 and it's magic)
- 1971 Mars Golub Crch — volume knob does all the work

Bogner Ecstasy
- Fischers X-Tasy6 (Pack 04) — clean channel at zero gain, surprisingly Fender-like

Honestly for classic rock I'd grab something at edge of breakup (gain 3-4ish) and work the volume knob — that's how most of those guys actually played, one amp, all dynamics from the hands.
