power amp not showing

My Kemper profiler and rig manager are up to date.
As of today my power amp does not work and does not show up in my master volume.

I backed up the amp, did a factory reset and the amp works and shows in the master volume page but all of my profiles are gone.

I restored my Profiler and retrieved the profiles but the Power amp does not work again and it does not show in my master volume page.

Is there anything i can do to restore my power amp with my profiles loaded?

Are you able to access the last page 10 of output settings at the PROFILER? Is the power amp switched on at that page?

And check the OS version of your destination PROFILER. If it's much older than the one the backup has been created with, it could explain the scenario.
