Player upgrade pricing variations

What has been the history of the price of the player upgrade options?

Has there been any price fluctuations over the years?

If i recall correctly, the contents of the early upgrade options varied slightly from what is currently available. (some of the paid features are available in the level 1 version)
example- the v13 OS contains widener, Hyper Chorus, extra compression, etc in the fixed FX which were previously only available as a paid upgrade.

PS- intentionally left "player" in lowercase to keep the forum's grammar police employed
