Super hot Direct Out...

Just got this Mk2 Rack, and am trying to make DI profiles the way I always have - using the head into Suhr Reactive Load. I've made hundreds of Mk1 profiles this way.

When I go to profile, the gain is through the roof. It appears the output level of the Direct Send on the back is pumping out around 15-18db higher than my guitar signal going in. I've put a couple of EQ pedals between the Direct Out and the Amp in to bring the level down and once I do that everything sounds normal again.

My input sensitivity is at 0.0, just like mk1. I can't see any setting anywhere that would make this 1 output so hot. Anyone else know? I've scoured the manual.

Adding insult to injury, now even when I bring the gain back down through the use of pedals, the resulting profile always has more gain than the source amp. Anyone else experience this?

In case anyone is interested, I factory reset the unit and the problem has gone away. However I did send a backup to Kemper Support in the event they get something useful out of it.
