I tried it again the next day and the Player remembered the connection.
I just turned the player on and opened the app when the Player was done powering up.
The app opened up fast and had no problems.
It can be a bit scary to try to do a thing we havent done before with our tech but its actually really easy and it works

I had thought with previous attempts that the app worked using only bluetooth but this isn't the case, I'm asuming the bluetooth aspect is only for audio from the phone or tablet.
The WPS thing sounds a bit technical and scary but it really isn't, its literally just a button on the router that needs pressing once and an 8 second push of the Player wifi button.
All this was inspired DillRigs on Tones and Talks btw, which I think will explain much more and better next week.

I did the post as I've seen several social media posts saying they can't get the app to work and that they had great difficulty trying (and failing) to set up the Android app with the Player.
I, as a user who is not a tech guy, wanted to show how easy it actually is to set up and where some confusion may lay:
The app is not bluetooth based, it's network based.
Setting up the network is very easy if you follow the manual.
