I normally just switch to a different performance and back again. It won’t keep the changes unless you store them
Same here. Save periodically, swap performances to ‘undo’ changes.

I don't know, probably, but I've been doing it this way forever so never tried 
Using a KEMPER STAGE here:
You can hold the edit button after you did some editing, then a temporary Menue appears to choose 4 Options from with the soft buttons:
UNDO ALL - UNDO - REDO - REDO ALL
