Selecting and opening a Performance

    Hey all, I hoping that one of you kind folks can explain something to me.

    I recently purchase a pack of profiles from Michael Britt and they are really outstanding. Love the quality of the profiles. Anyway, he included 4 profiles called are called Performances. They don't open when clicked on.
    I wrote to Kemper and was told that my Player can’t open them (no performance mode) but there was a workaround. It's the workaround that I don't get and maybe someone can explain this to me in simple terms.

    This was the workaround they sent:

    You can't preview performances in the player by double-clicking them. However, you can save the performances to the Local Library and open them in a new window by right-clicking. Then you can drag and drop a performance into the player. A yellow frame will appear, and all 5 rigs from the performance will be inserted into a bank.

    The content cannot be displayed because you do not have authorisation to view this content.

    I've tried it now. You have to drag and drop over the Local Library or into main grid (table) when the Local Library or subfolder is selected.

    On the right side you have rigs. Here you have second one selected. Pay attention here: one click select, double click select and load it into editor and preview.


    Drag and drop it into All Rigs/Local Library. You have to do it one by one. The other possibility is to export it (right click and export).

    If a Player is connected you cannot open and play it via double click like with any other PROFILER model since the Player has no Performance Mode.

    You missed my second step: In a second step you can drag and drop these Performacnes one by one into a bank of your Player.

    So open one Rig Manager window of All Performances/Local Library and another window with All Rigs/MyProfile. Then pick one Performance in the first in the Local Library and drag it over into the other window and drop it in one of the Player banks e.g. bank 4. A yellow frame will indicate the destination bank and you need to confirm, that you really want to overwrite all five Rigs within that bank with the Rigs from the Performance.

    So in the end you don't have the Performances asuch in your Player but its five Rigs and able to play those.

    Ok, let me get this straight after I open RM, I then open another window of RM and in the second window of RM I am supposed to drag (1at a time) a selected Performance in the first window of RM and drag onto an existing rig (of my choice) displayed in my Player shown in the second window of RM? Do I have this correct?

    I appreciate your assistance.

    Is there a way to do this with just one window?


    Unless I have a large external monitor, two windows don't work very well on MacBook. Part of this is I cannot resize the windows small enough to fit two without overlapping and I cannot hide/collapse the panels to just show what I need.

    That's cool!

    It means that it is possible to copy multiple rigs to the KPP at once!
