Rack mk1 will not take backups from mk1 head

Hi, purchased an older mk1 rack and very old but get good and fast support to get it updated by a support ticket, so it can be used with latest software. All works great, but it will not read my backups from my Kemper head mk1 unit for some reason, choose restore and take my latest backup from the head Kemper , it tells "warning, you will delete all etc, pressing yes to get my sounds, just ends in, nothing...

Rig manager is on OSX, 4.1.20, rack is says 14.1.1 6610 in systems, have checked for update and all says it is fine

only I see is that tuner window goes away, and need to restart rig manager to get it back, but none of my sounds are there ( that I really want there of course , as a replacement of my head Kemper)... any one that seen this issue or hopefully have a solution or good tip?

Sort of solved, by having find a usb stick that I had exported mostly of my rigs, not backups content in rig manager ( my luck), and be able to get most of them into the rack kamper, so ......happy!

But any hints or tricks is welcome of course anyway to get the kempers working smoothies as possible....

Hi, well on this rack, it won´t load backup files, for some reason...my heads does it as it should, but the rack just refuses, but USB and import rigs works...

But thank´s for the tip anyway !
