Solved: Stage MK2 won't profile

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but when trying to profile my amp with the new Stage MK2, it says it's in progress but there is no sound and it just stays saying in progress. I'm pretty sure I have my connections correct: guitar to stage input / send 1 on stage to amp input / xlr to TRS from mic to Stage return 1. All cables are good, I can play my guitar and get sound using these connections prior to starting the profile process. Is there a step or setting I'm missing? Any help or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks.
