OS 14.0.0 Public Beta introducing PROFILING 2.0

PROFILER OS 14.0.0.64813 public beta introduces next generation PROFILING™!
PROFLING 2.0 is supported on MK 2 series as well as Players. These devices can create PROFILEs 2.0 and play back in high resolution.
MK 1 series are not able to create PROFILEs 2.0, but can play these in standard quality.
In addition, OS 14 introduces other improvements and is compatible with all PROFILER™ models.

We value first-hand experiences in this thread. Please avoid posting second-hand information, rumors, or opinions based solely on what you've heard on YouTube or other platforms.

Sharing videos is absolutely fine. Discussing technical aspects (such as setup details, configurations, etc.) is also welcome. However, please do not make assumptions or draw conclusions unless you have personally used Profile 2.0 rigs on an Profiler MK2/Player yourself.

Should Rig Manager v4.0.53 include any new factory content using Profiling 2.0?

I haven't found any just yet.

Yeah it would be great to be able to get 2.0 profiles to actually test it out for us players who dont have any actual amps to profile

This is exciting as a player owner.

Question, now I have updated the player and rig manager, how do I profile my amp with the player?

Was eager to play a 2.0 profile but I can't see any in the libraries, so would be good to give profiling a go for the first time now it is available to me.

You’ll soon be able to download new Rigs directly from Rig Exchange.

Please note that newly added Rigs may appear in Rig Manager with a short delay. This is intentional and helps us balance server load while everything is being updated. We appreciate your patience, things are still settling in.

A new iOS app version is also on the way and will be released as soon as it has successfully passed the required review checks.

So I have a technical question. Can I lock the cab part of a 2.0 profile and use the new resonance feature with old profiles too?

update without problem macOS 26.3

but

loaded Dills TT - Value Crunch 2.0 and RM crashed when i loaded it the 1st time. I´m using a Mk1 Toaster. I was curious about the Resonance Frequency and Resonance Intensity controls, but there are not in the cab section.

Is this feature only for Mk2 devices?

Yes, the new resonance controls are available exclusively on MK2 and Player models. Please note that these parameters are not accessible when a Classic (1.0) Profile is loaded.

I tried the Classic profiles, and even on the MK2 devices the Cab Reso/Intensity option isn’t available. That was the first thing I checked. Maybe it’s only available on the new 2.0 generated profiles and not classic ones.

It has been clearly explained that this is a Profiling 2.0 feature.

Yes, only Thomas Dills new rigs have this.

When Liquid Profiling was released, Kemper provided 3 x FREE Pro-made Liquid Profile Packs for d/l.

I may not have seen it, but is there already (?) or are we going to very soon get (?) Free Kemper Packs of Pro-made V2 Profiles (?)
