unable to sign in

Sorry as I do not know where else to put this,

I bought and registered my KP stage last year and have been unable to sign in for download of Rig Manager and/or System update files. I have no problems logging into this forum.

Even have tried signing up with a different email - same result ! however was sent a email (original email address) stating that my stage has been unregistered,lol

Ive tried to do a support ticket - even that requires signing in ! i dont know what else to do, other then sell the unit and move on. i'm starting to lose confidence in the Kemper brand.

mods please forward this to the support team as I cant because i have to be signed in to start a support ticket

also need to add the unit was bought "new"

No. Just use your email app and send a mail describing the problem.

your account is waiting for activation. I have resent the email with the activation link a minute ago. Please check your spam folder.

If you cannot find the email please contact us through the email address that was posted above or use the chat function when the office reopens Monday morning.

Both does not require to be logged into your account.

No email as of yet, looks like the resolution is going to go into regular business hours - hence tomorrow.
My PC notebook is from 2011-12 with windows 10 added around 2016-17 range

Is there any special settings that I need to be aware of ?

If your computer can run a web browser you will be able to activate the account.

If you have a problem receiving emails from us you can use the chat function in the lower right corner of the Kemper homepage and we will send you the link in the chat.

Im pretty much done with Kemper ! This is complete BS that did not have to happen !

Spent 1550$ for promises that can’t be met !

You guys are frauds

I’m done………… BBB is the only answer left and that is just to warn others of the risk that they will be facing - get your SH*T Together before selling the product ! And update the website to support it

Dude, chill and check the spam folder in your email inbox.
The support team is following your technical support request on a Sunday and trying to help, what more can they do ?

Just find the email and click the link.

Your email filtering is the likely cause of you not receiving emails. Kemper doesn't have access to those settings.

You have created two accounts with different e-mails. Both are not activated yet. One account took over the product registration from the other. If there should also be typos in the e-mail adresses, the activation mails might not reach you.

The activation and password request emails all reach me a some point, sometimes instantly sometimes hours later.

When I click on the activation link I am then taken

To kempers homepage and nothing further !

Pop up blocker is disabled

The emails contain what appears to be 3 different links - other then the activation link, the others result in error 404 ?

First thing, I want to apologize for my behavior- there is no excuse for it.
And second thing is a sincere thank you to all that tried to help me with this minor dilemma.
Finally got RM installed was also able to update the stage, RM 3 10 11 and os 13 0 2 59805.

It’s night and day difference, adjustability is simply WOW !!! 23000 Rigs - I guess I’m going to be busy
