My kemper broke, I need help.

Hello!

I'm a regular Kemper user. I play weekly with my band on tour, and I always carry it with me. On a few plane trips, a couple of the knobs broke. I've been emailing tech support over the last few weeks but haven't received a response. The truth is, I think I just need some replacement knobs, but I can't get them here in my country (Argentina). Does anyone know how to contact Kemper? I can put some photos if is needed.

Have you checked spams ?

Support is pretty helpfull and answer usually quickly

Hey !

Sorry to read about your situation.
I’ve emailed support this week and received an answer in less than a half day.
I would check the spam folder as Steve suggested.

I've already checked my spam folder. I don't see the response. I'm glad the Kemper team is responding, but I don't understand why I haven't received a response to my questions! I will send another question then.
A friend of mine, trying to help me, also asked something similar and didn't get an answer.
