Rig Manager_Store functions

  • Hi All, I apologise if this topic has already been dealt with in another thread. I am on RM (3.8.8) > All Perfomances > MyProfiler > Perfomance #1 (created by me, importing Rigs from All Rigs > MyProfiler). So far so good. Then on RM I decide to change some effects in one of the slots of Perfomance #1 and click on "Replace Perfomance #1". I switch everything off (RM, PC, Stage). I turn it back on and realise that the system has not saved my last changes. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for your feedback.

  • Hi Alan, thank you for your feedback. I know what you want to tell me and I always pay attention to that. I understand from the reaction to my post that my current issue is not a common problem. At the same time I have to recognise that RM has some behaviour that is not really understandable (for me). Thanks again though.

Did you read the manual? Did you watch the videos we provide on Rig Manager?

  • @G String, thanks for your reply. Sure, I did it. I consult manuals and review videos several times, because I know that you always discover new things. But I repeat, the fact remains that RM does not always behave in the same way. I don't feel the need to give examples now.

But I would like to take this opportunity to ask you to consider Kemper's presence at the Guitar Summit in Mannheim, Germany, and perhaps offer a wide-ranging workshop (I think also for a fee). After all these years, users certainly have this need. Thanks again and good work!

  • That's a shame. Nobody can help you much or verify your findings without decent examples.

You are absolutely right. I understand your point of view of wanting to support Users. My problem is that I don't have much time to devote to the clear and comprehensible formulation of examples, perhaps supported by screeshots... it costs me too much time that I can't afford to detract from playing music, which is very important to me (I love my Kemper Stage). My big problem: the functional management of the time to devote to the in-depth knowledge of the equipment and the use (making music) of it :). That's why I'd like a face-to-face discussion with you Kemper group and Users. It would be like an in-depth course, e.g. of a whole day.
Anyway, I really appreciate your comments, advice, in general your presence and closeness to all of us Users. Thank you for that.
