I have a Player and a Profiler, Player is 11.0.1.53265B, Rig Manager is 3.5.30. I don't have a delete option when I right click on a rig - CTRL DEL just initialises a rig instead. On my Profiler, same OS, I have the delete option

There is no such thing as delete. It's always initialize. You are seeing the correct thing.
Initialize is what you want. You cannot have an empty slot.
The Player behaves more like Performance mode on the other units.

You have no active product registration in your KEMPER user account. The Private Forum is reserved for owners. So register your Player.
You receive such de-registration notifications, if somebody enters this serial number in their KEMPER user account. There can only be one owner per unit at a time.
If you didn't sell the unit ....
Sometimes bandmates or family members create their own user accounts and register the same device.
Sometimes units get exchanged and the serial numbers don't get maintained. So the original unit moves to somebody else.
