Kemper rig manager not working

Hey everyone

i recently bought a second hand kemper and updated it with the latest software via usb which has worked fine however when i downloaded the kemper rig manager on my mac to get some presets up and running, the app continuously closes immediately after opening it despite restarting, uninstalling and disconnecting my profiler via usb cable multiple times.

I was wondering if anyone has encountered the same problem and has any tips/solutions

Are you using the USB port on the front or the one on the back of the Profiler? The USB-B port on the back is the one that you need to use to connect the Profiler to your computer. The USB-A port on the front of the Profiler is only for USB memory sticks.

every Profiler model offers 2 USB ports. The rack model has one on the front for USB sticks and one on the back for connecting the Profiler to USB hosts like computers. The other Profiler models have both ports on the back.

Which Profiler model are you using and can you confirm that you were using the USB-B port?

Did you tried different usb cables?

Somites some have bad quality and do not transfer data (only voltage).
