Rig Manager installation ends "prematurely" - Windows 11

Hello,

New Surface Pro using Windows 11 and the rig manager msi install "ends prematurely". I'm doing this as an administrator. It's never been installed (so I can't uninstall it). Never had issues with the install on my older Win10 machine. Thoughts?

Windows 11 has a basic version, sort of like Safe Mode, that will not allow 3rd party apps to be installed. You may need to upgrade to something like their Pro version. It's Microsoft's lameass excuse to "keep you safe". LOL.
