Hi guys, I want to know why my Profiler Player's lights is off after I plugged in the original cable, and didn't work at all. I tried reconnecting it, but that didn't help. Is that normal?
you mean the original power supply ? well i would try to do an update either with the latest official firmware using a usb drive . the how to should be in the download folder
