Is there a way to factory reset the Profiler Player?

Is there a way to factory reset the profiler player? I've been having issues with a constant distortion after trying every possible way to correct it using volumes, resets, etc. The manual doesn't show how.

Manual:

Factory reset
This will overwrite all user data and settings and recover the as-delivered-state: Please hold the four buttons BANK, TAP, Bluetooth®/Wi-Fi, plus KONE while powering on.
