the screen turns white

A few hours after turning on KPS, the screen turns white, all buttons no longer respond, and all lights turn off. But the output is good, you can hear the playing sound, And, all functions can be operated normally on the rig manager. The shutdown button is invalid. You need to unplug the power plug and then connect it to the machine to start it. After starting,it will return to normal.

It has happened many times already. It cannot be resolved through firmware upgrades.
