Cant turn on kemper player. when i connect power he turns off after 3 seconds.
This is happening to someone else?
what can i do?

What power supply are you using? If it is underpowered the player goes into a safe mode type state.

its the factory supply that comes with it

Sounds like its being underpowered. Might be a faulty ps. I'd open a support ticket.
