Let's say You can have a good Slashy tone with a JCM800 (if You know the Settings when it was profiled) with some Overdirve in Front, Than Retrofit a ''Mars CM800'' Liqiud Model in Kemper.
Be careful on gain because Slash doesn't use as much as you would think. Which is the case for most rock tones. Any good JCM profile can get you there.
