RM 3.3.38 beta performance editing bugs

Loving the new version. It has gotten rid of the incessant beachballing on MacOS and is finally usable again.

I am not able to reorder slots in a performance and I also can not copy and paste performance slots.

to be honest i never had that issue with my 2 macs,RM works perfect.
