Hi Per!

This was a very energetic piece! And fun to listen to.

And, once again, I'm amazed at how much music is beyond my ability to write. Listening to you and the other guys here is always an education.

But for some reason I don't seem to learn very much.

I don’t think that’s true Mats, you have more than enough capability and a different set of styles that I couldn’t hope to do. I think it’s just about what really interests you, what you enjoy doing, you don’t have to do things you don’t actually like!

I do things outside of my comfort zone because I get bored doing things in it every day and enjoy just the whole act of exploration and I’m at peace with knowing that they’ll suck, but also that the first few times of anything is going to be rough and eventually I might actually get something decent because there’s always a good reason why something became popular in the first place. I just have to build my own appreciation till I “get it”. Which often involves a lot of listening and analyzing the genre.
