Following...
Using non SPDIF method, I would hook it up in front of the Return Input during reamping, but it will affect your effects, delays, and verb maybe in an undesirable way... I think. Maybe using the Wah first and you can take out later, or using a manual Wah plugin on the reamped track??
You can’t really reamp a Wah via SPDIF as the wah won’t accept a digital input.
However, as the Kemper has an FX Loop I would put the Wah in the loop and put the loop in Stomp A.
Another option which would be better in my opinion (if you onow you are definitely going to ise wah on the track would be to record the wah as part of the DI track. This way you will get the wah as part of the performance but still have the abiliyto try different amps and cabs later.
Just fyi, you can record the Wah pedal movement via MIDI and use that MIDI during reamping.

Yes, but only if you use the way effect of the Kemper itself, not with an external wah. With recording the internal wah, you can correct the movement also with MIDI. Wow.
Thank you friends for all the answers .i will use the fx loop..feels better that way..

Say what? That’s cheating But how the H*** does that work?

It only works if you use a digital Wah effect such as the Kemper Wah or a DAW plugin. You can control the wah pedal position by assigning its midi cc number to a midi controller (keyboard, expresion pedal or even a mouse).

Go to SYSTEM menu, page 8/12 (MIDI settings) and check the second soft button "Pedals to MIDI".
This enables you to record a MIDI track with all your expression pedal movements while you record the audio on other track(s).
That’s crazy Very cool
