Hello. Just learning how to download from the rig exchange. My computer wont except the files I try to download "the file can not be opened, Windows does not recognized what program to use" Any tips?

The .kpr is not a file extension that your operating system should be able to read, these are files that you have to download and then copy them onto your KPA formatted USB stick to then have them load on your KPA.
Take a look at your KPA guide to learn the details of how to load profiles.

You don't open the files in Windows. After you download them, copy the files to the "Shared" folder on the KPA formatted USB drive. Then plug that into your KPA, click External Storage, then Import.
