Hi, I just updated both and now RM doesn't see my Kemper anymore. Was working with previous updates. I used a USB stick to update my Kemper firmware as RM didn't detect my Kemper. Using W10 Pro.
Anyone else seeing this bug?
PROFILER OS 8.2.2.28378 and Rig Manager 3.2.30 - Kemper no longer detected by RM

Yep, everything. System detects the profiler, but, the RM just doesn't seem to see it,

What i have to do is start the KPA, then plug into my USB on my PC, then open my RM,
If i start RM 1st, it doesn't read my KPA when i plug it in.

However, I managed to fix it.
Go to;
1. Control Panel
2. Hardware and Sound
3. Devices and Printers
4. Mouse 2 over 'Profiler' and select 'Properties'
5. Select 'Hardware' tab then click 'Properties' box
6. In the new pop-up box in 'General' select 'Change Settings'
7. Another box will pop-up. Now select 'Driver' tab, then, click 'Update Driver'.
8. It should now detect the Kemper Profiler and will work again with RM.
