I have my kemper setup to 4 outputs currently. I want to also be able to use hardware fx.
Any advice on setup?

what 4 outputs are you using and what for?
if you can’t free up an output, what FX are you wanting to use? Overdrive etc can go in front of the input just like a regular amp but delay or reverb would sound crappy that way if you are using a lot of gain. -
i’m using the 4 out (kemper amp, di, stereo wet verb)
I’m going to use a patchbay to make points accessible.
Want to keep the 4 out setup (likely half normalled to bay) and have the capability to easily setup a hardware pedal routing. Mostly delays and other oddball fx. I think the kemper itself covers any dort sounds I might want, so i won’t be running straight to input

Is this for live Wet Dry Wet or recording?
For recording, do you have SPDIF on your interface? If so you could use SPDIF for the DI signal and Stack Mono. That would then free up the DI and Return for the FX Loop with your hardware pedals.

Do you have SPDIF as an option?

no spdf on my interface

That's a shame.
I would use a DI box before the input of the KPA for the direct signal.
Then send the stack mono signal to the monitor out. Finally, send the wet FX in stereo to the Main Out.
That should leave the FX loop free.
