Updated the latest version, but my computer does not see my kemper stage

Looked at a lot of videos. No help.

On the left I do not see the option to click on My Profiler.

Which version are Stage and RM on now? Maybe only one of them was updated.

Basic steps would always be restart both, try reconnecting the USB cable, reinstall Rig Manager, contact support. Which OS are you on? Windows or Mac?

I had the same issue , just uninstall and reinstall the RM. This solved it for me on windows.

What @kriwat said....and check the USB cable as well. I'd start with the cable, then un-install/re-install RM.
