In my studio my KPA’s are still on FW 6 due to the studio Mac having to stay on OSX 10.9.5 fir ProTools 10 HD. Today I opened RM and I got this strange message. Never had this before with RM and nothing has been updated.? I’ve not changed any of my details any one know how to fix this please

dont panic just verify your user name and password,that happen to me one time and all i did was to enter my username and password and bingo.
Hi, I've got the same issue here my RM is also not the 3 cause of my OS (10.9.5)
It's like the username and password don't work anymore (even after trying to enter it several times)

Yes same error message, I hope it will be fixed but i doubt it, Mavericks users are not on Kemper's radar anymore.

I had this issue from time to time too and I´m on the latest OS Beta version and latest RM version.
So if you can't connect to the Rig Manager server you can't use the editor?

not really. I've just started Rig Manager 2.3.14 on a Mac and it appears to work. I don't have a Profiler connected (because I don't have a Profiler with OS6 anymore) but that should not have an influence. I'm running 10.15 though, 10.9.5? No clue, that's to long ago.
