Please check your output config. How do you connect KPA to your monitors ? Have you tried using headphones? Does input/output led flashing when you play?
-
Hi, thks for your reply but I have a problem with starting of the machine, all stuff are unplugged but machine does not start, and this happen after last update....
-
Could you describe what exactly is going on? Does KPA light up the LCD display after switching on and what does it display ( post a picture) ?
Have you tried contacting support? : https://www.kemper-amps.com/contact

I switch on the stage, and it doesn’t upload the firmware... so I have to switch off 2/3 times and more the machine... after different tentative it’s upload the firmware... but when I switch off it came back in the same way... when it start in a right way it works perfectly

I think the best thing you can do is to contact support here: https://www.kemper-amps.com/contact
Just paste the link to this thread in the description or/and describe the problem.

I've had that problem a few times this week (71.3)....but only after adding rigs in RM.
Power button doesn't do anything, have to unplug the machine, then it gets stuck again for the first boot after plugging back in, so have to unplug again, replug then it works fine.
Have a ticket with support about this now.

I had the same issue - right after installing the latest update. I ended up having to ship it back to Kemper, and they're sending me a new one. Seems to be related to the latest firmware - I've seen several people have the same problem after that update.
-
I’ve had this a few times on all 4 of my kempers. Infact I had it happen at my gig on Saturday all I did was pull the plug out and put it back in and it booted up no problem at all. Sounds strange but have you tried that??
Maybe try turning it on and holding down the rig button incase you have a corrupted rig -

procedure for erase the machine does not work for the stage, I suppose that they have changed the method
-
Sorry to hear you're having an issue.
I also had my Stage (7.13) do the same thing, but I attributed it to Rig Manager, as I was doing the same thing as a previous replay and adding rigs.....I had to pull the plug out but luckily it rebooted and has been quite stable since.
I guess it's got to be a software issue.

Was considering returning my toaster for a Stage, but it seems to have a lot of issues...

I would't say the stage has lots of issues. Mine has done around 50 gigs now and not 1 issue

Good to know and I’m glad it’s been good to you.

Is there a way to restore to a previous OS version on the kemper stage? Having a lot of problems after doing what support said to do on clearing the cache and rigs. After doing that process none of the Buttons work as they did before. Looper section no longer works and the same problem with the turner button. Both do nothing so I wanted to see if a restore to an older OS version then bring it back up to the current OS version would resolve the issue.

basically put the kaos.bin onto a USB drive and insert it (front socket on stage). It should ask if you want to install it.

Keep the support updated, though
