Previewing Profiles/Dragging In New Profiles NOT Working in RigManager

I put in a service order with Kemper support, but was wondering if anyone on the most current OS update have been experiencing problems with being able to preview profiles (I have all boxes checked in the Preferences) and dragging new profiles to other designated folders (like Performances) in RigManager. Everything was working great until the latest OS update. Everything is fine on my Kemper preamp otherwise. I also reinstalled RigManager on my C:\ in the Programs folder.

I just dragged a bunch of my own profiles from my Kemper to My Library in librarian last night. Latest firmware and rig manager. Worked fine. Maybe re-install?

I updated my Kemper last night and didn't have any issues with this

2 things:

1) I can't preview profiles
2) If I close RigManager, it won't open back up.

I'm on the current OS and RigManager is located in C:\Program Files

When you say 'preview', are you double-clicking on the profile and question and its not loading? You might want to check to see if your USB cable has issues - that would be the first place I would look if everything else is functioning properly.
