Ive loaded the latest Beta update and again iv lost all of the volume expression pedal settings .
they have defaulted back to 100% and tuner on a zero .
absolutely ridiculous as i have to now programme every single sound again with the pedal parameters.
Any way around this ?
In all your individual rigs? Or, in the Tuner and Global Settings? And, you’ve had this happen before?
Yes, you can completely undo the Beta install:
1) Report the issue to Kemper Support, so they can prevent it from being in a Production Release.
2) Use Rig Manager to revert the OS back to 5.5.2.
3) Install the KPA Backup you made before upgrading.

Don't install beta releases if you are not willing to cope with the bugs. And if you are, the way to proceed is to open a ticket for support.
Nothing is ridiculous about a beta having bugs. You are ridiculous complaining about it.

While I don't doubt that it's frustrating, the entire point of a beta is to find things like this so that they don't make it into a production release.
If it's important in your environment to have a completely bulletproof OS, and you don't have a second Kemper to test betas with, it might be best to avoid installing betas and just wait for the production version after all the kinks have been worked out.
For what it's worth, that's the advice I follow myself. I'd love to get my hands on the new reverbs, but I only have one Kemper and prefer to have a known stable version. So, I wait.

Easy. Roll back to the latest stable release and restore to the backup that you hopefully did before installing the beta.

Did you lock the volume expression pedal setting or not.?
I've locked it in the Rig-menue and it happened also sometime to me.
But I do not care for that, because I know it now and check it always after update.
