Presell is Live for the new Sir PT profile pack. The amp is 80s in a box! Maybe you have heard of it, maybe not. There is a history behind these amps while being a studio secret of the past they have recently gained popularity with the newest version branded by Suhr.

With a Fender type clean channel that can get some grit to an AMAZING channel two Marshall type rhythm to a full on saturated channel 3.

Well, I should not be the one to convince you to break your resolution

I will say that this amp is sweet and has far exceeded my expectations.

Hard to explain but I think there is magic under the hood.

The history is a bit convoluted but this amp is amazing. Completely unique from all other amps I have.

Sounds great - should work a treat with your cab menagerie. Channel 1 sounds very appealing as does Channel 2 for low gain stuff. Lead channel does the business too. Winner all round.

Time for V3!

Added 21 profiles using a 1960 Vintage cabinet with a Private Jack and Cel Vintage speakers mic'd with a SM57 and MD421 II.

Ok, so with the Marshall cabinet set up I had to bring some more.

This time, V4 with 8 profiles using an Alnico Cream. This is very nice speaker. Plus, I have been doing some experimenting. Bring the comments.

The Sir Pete amp is really full and rich - I'm loving these.

The AlCr profiles sound great on this amp - as were the PJs - seems like everything works. The NeoCreamback Celestion profile which comes on the Kemper these days kills with this too and your Lynchback cab is also excellent.

I have probably said this before but this amp defied my expectations. I had considered getting one for a while but the stars just didn't align. Not that she is here I find it to be the easiest amp to get perfect tone from. I haven't boosted many of these. The amp just sounds a dream by itself.

Man oh man do I love this pack!

Here is a small clip I put together to see how the profiles sit in a mix. I am no sound engineer, so forgive the amateur mixing. All guitars are recorded straight from the KPA via spdif. No tweaking of the profiles and no post processing (besides the master EQ/Comp).
