Oh I highly doubt you are. I salivate every day for the formant presets in the Evolution Reverb. Man, they can't come quick enough. ?

I can't be the only one refreshing the page several times each day!Well... maybe for Christmas? But you can buy a Big Sky in the meantime. Just sell it later (thats easy on ebay amazon kijiji facebook ...) you will loose 25$ up to 50$ but you'll have a BigSky now and then the new kemper reverb later. So is that scenario so bad? Hell no

Sadly that won't be the case. No matter what awesome brilliance the Kemper team come up with. This forum will be enduring another round of " why didn't they do this?" thread, closely followed by a "why didn't they do that?" thread, with a thinly veiled " it's all about me, and they got it wrong" thread.
Still. Most of us are going to delighted and grateful and blown away by the next chapter of Kemper genius.

I respect CK and Company more and more every day, especially for the continuous free updates and upgrades… I only wish that this reverb tease was a ‘3 week tease’ and not a ‘3 month++ tease’.
The YouTube videos came out at the end of June… However, I am old school and maybe this is normal these days… I am looking so forward to these verbs!!

i like to look at it from the other perspective. Rather than there beinb potential problems with the reverbs may they are adding SO much more stuff in addition and are struggling to fit it all in
I actually wonder if this next update will be the mother of all updates and represent the second coming of Kemper.

You're right, I'm an anxious guy !!
Mother of all updates sounds very cool, with a lot of new overdrive/distortion, new reverbs, new better chorus, a vocoder (i'd love that too) and a lot of synth effects !!!!!

On a more realistic level, I believe the wait has something to do with the reorganisation of the effects blocks. Up until now, the Reverb block has been fixed, as was the delay block before they updated them, and if you notice, the delays only spill over if they’re in the actual Delay block. The spring reverb beta allows you to put it anywhere except the Reverb block, and as such, doesn’t spill over. I’m wondering if the untethering and yet still having the necessary spillover is a challenge...?

I too believe the reverbs are done and that the liberalisation of the effects chain is what is holding up the show. This is the first time they have decided to redo the signal path effect structure so I suspect it's a heavy undertaking and one that goes way beyond adding reverbs.
