Recording while using rigmanager

I've been recording while using previews via rig manager instead of actually loading profiles onto my kemper.
I've also been experiencing weird digital artifacts which may or may not be a result of my usage.
Just wondering if others do this as well

I do this often - I've not had the issue (KPA analog outs to DIGI002 using ProTools.)

If you are using The KPA digital out, is the interface set to match the KPA's format?

I'm using 4 analog outs.
Just trying to eliminate potential suspects.

Yeah, I wouldn't blame RM, Terry; I use t exclusively, never filling more than the buffer in the KPA.

Well, there's that single default Rig I keep in the unit as well, but that's only 'cause AFAIK, one has to have at least one in there.
