I run a recording studio as my main job so when I'm making profiles, I will open a studio session in the style of the guitar sound I'm after then re-amp the pre-recorded guitar DI track into the kemper with a Radial JCR re-amp box then tweak the amp and mic(s) so it sounds good in the mix.

Once I'm happy I run the profiler then let the whole DI track for the song play through for refining.

In this case, it was an 80s style heavy rock band who used my 1980s Charvel 375 with Duncan SH-11.

I find this method gives good results due to setting up the sound in the context of a mix rather than in isolation.

Yes

There are countless 6505/5150 to Mesa cab rigs but this one is SD-1 Waza boost with Sennheiser E906 mic so sounds a bit different.

Currently re-amping an album with the real amp left and this profile right and it sounds great.
