problem sound by midi pedal change

Hi,
I have a problem!
When i change rig by midi pedal (Boss GT-3) the sound is not the same, it's a horrible sound, it’s a different from the original sound!
However if I change rig by physical buttons on Kemper or through the Browse button the rigs are perfect, it’s a beautiful sounds, just as they should be!
I tried to do a factory reset (System and Rig) but nothing.
Can you help me? What should I do?

I'd wager you're sending more than just the PC message for that to happen. You may be sending additional CC messages that are activating other effects. Use a programme like midiOX to see what messages you're sending when you step on that button.
