Hello all,
I haven't raised a support ticket here because I got my unit working again - if you folks think I still should, I'll do so.
My problem? I've been on the Beta software 3.1.2. I hadn't bothered updating as I've had zero issues and I know that NAMM is promising great things so I just left it. However, last night, I got this:-

Rebooting didn't fix it. Rebooting whilst holding the Rig button did not fix it. Rebooting whilst holding the system button didn't fix it. What did? I had to reboot whilst holding the top left key above the display and then did a complete reset, deleting everything. With a big sigh of relief, I can confirm I have a working unit again but it's made me nervous about what I was doing. What was I doing? Well.....
I've never really used performance mode - I've only played live a couple of times in the last 2 years since getting my Kemper and both times have been acoustic. I have a Profiler Remote but have only really used that at home to turn stomps on or off on a particular profile / play with the expression pedal. I decided last night that it was time to change this.
The performances I had in there were from Maurizo (one of his backups). He is, of course, a generous genius but I wanted my own. I did not want to delete individually on the Kemper - I thought I'd do it as a block in Rig Manager. I selected all the performances on the Kemper and, after backing them up to Rig Manager, I told it to delete them from my Kemper. It warned me it couldn't be undone and then I deleted them.
I then created my own performance in Rig Manager and started dragging profiles into it. I renamed them in Rig Manager. I only did this in performance slot one.
I selected performance mode on the Kemper and it still had Maurizo's old performance in there. Rig Manager disagreed - it said mine was there, all his were gone. I put the Kemper back into browser mode and tried to figure out what was going on. At that point, it went back to a screen that simply said 'Kemper Profiler' and had locked up. When I rebooted (I had no other choice) I had the error code I posted.
So here I am, fixed. I have just factory amps on there and will probably keep it that way until the new firmware is out (I'm in front of Rig Manager so it's no problem to use my favourites from here). I'm keen to start making my own performances from Rig Manager but I'm a little bit nervous.
Any thoughts gratefully received
