Sorry to hear that. It's working fine on my native Windows 10 machine, so there might be hope still. Have you tried it on a VM with an older Windows version?

I just downloaded and installed this. I have not gotten it connected yet but I was wondering if the interface that looks like the KPA is the only window?
What I mean is, does it pretty much just recreate the interface of the KPA or will other windows open.... say for the effects and all?
What about full screen? I am also only seeing it in a window with no option to Maximize it.
I am running a 4K machine so it makes the window pretty small.
I kind of envisioned an editor to open up separate windows for different settings. Also where multiple windows could be opened at once to avoid any menu scrolling. This is what I look for in an editor.
Like when I want to edit or change effects, I would have a drop down of all effects so I could just click on the one I want with the individual settings instead of just having to still just scroll to find them.
Kind of defeats the purpose of an editor in my eyes (at least for me) if it only mirrors the KPAs actual controls on the screen.
The only positive thing I could see is if you didnt have the KPA right at your work area.
If this is what all the people who didnt feel the need for an editor envisioned I would understand more where they would find it to have limited uses for some users.
As I said I have not got my KPA connected with this software yet. At the moment I only have the USB running over to my KPA from my PC.

Just noticed the earlier post with the touchscreen. That looks pretty cool. I thought I saw a drop down selection in the video.
It was a bit washed out so I couldn't see much.
If that is the case, that is what I am looking for.
Now to get it properly connected so I can see how deep it goes.
