total disappointment sound profiler ,need suggestions

This is not good! i think this is a setup thing. are the constant latancy on? its very strange quack tone as you hit the strings, and odd sound when the tone dies out.. you have to check noise gate and outputs. do you feed amplified signal into the dxr, or do you feed the DXR monitor out? main outs?

Hmm this sounds really weird, if it wasn't for the fact you had tried other guitars I would have said it was a wiring issue/ phase problem with the pickups. As it's not that, if you haven't already done it, do a factory reset complete format flash and repeat your test again without changing anything from the factory settings.
I really hope you get this sorted.
